Brygon Reserve Wines are a premium winery from Margaret River Western Australia. Many of the country’s finest vineyards are located here, producing outstanding fruit and award winning wines of exceptional flavour, complexity and quality. Brygon Reserve Wines are owned and operated by the Fraser-Scott family and under the talented stewardship of chief winemaker David Longden.
Brygon Reserve Wines is a dynamic new winery that opened in 2009 and have received international respect and acclaim by receiving over 400 awards and accolades including 9 trophies at the world’s most distinguished wine competitions. In 2012, voted Top 10 Best New Winery in Australia by James Halliday and have received multiple “Wine of the Year” nominations by Winestate Magazine. Brygon Reserve Wines are vintnered amongst the vineyards and glorious, soft rolling hills of Margaret River, some 300 kilometres south of the Western Australian capital, Perth. The winery is located on a 7.5 hectare vineyard (first plantings were in 1998) and employ world leading, state-of-the-art technology alongside time honored and traditional wine making skills. The Margaret River region is well regarded internationally as a super-premium wine growing region.
With a Mediterranean climate, a landscape of gentle valleys and the influence of the Indian Ocean, Margaret River is renowned for its excellence in producing both quality red and white wines. At Brygon Reserve Wines we use state of the art technology and traditional wine making methods that are seamlessly integrated. Every stage of production is fastidiously computer monitored and sensory evaluated. Stringent temperature controls are maintained throughout production, along with anaerobic handling of white wines, barrel fermentation and the careful maturation of red and white wine in temperature controlled barrel storage.
