Serving suggestionsTo fully enjoy the flavours and particularly the full potential of the famous Pontarlier wormwood, it must be served the traditional way by slowly pouring ice cold water over a sugar cube sitting on an absinthe spoon (it can also be served without sugar, at your convenience). We recommend 3 to 4 doses of water for one dose of absinthe if you wish your drink to be powerful in terms of herbs flavours, and 5 to 6 doses of water if you prefer a more refreshing drink.
