Tasting NotesA refreshing nose of prickly pear, green grapefruit, green melon and gooseberries. Broom flowers and some aniseed touches are enhanced mineral notes. The mouth is well balanced between freshness and texture. The good volume is backed by a precise acidity and layered by the mineral touch. This same touch allows a vibrant finish, where the fresh fruits express the Limari side of the variety.
