The name comes from the carbonate mineral rich soil, Marl, which the fruit is grown on. It has good water and nutrient retention. As a result, grapes has richer and bolder flavours. This is often refers as “terroir” of the region. This Cabernet offers plush herbal characteristics while still exhibiting the bright vibrant fruits of its characteristic.
