Stony notes and candied licorice give even more to this typical Limari picture. The mouth is straight, vertical and deep. The balance between the whole texture and the tannins grain give birth to a crunchy and juicy palate, from the attack to the end, without any surrender. Energy has been preferred to exuberance as can tell the vibrant finish where fresh wild fruits are displayed with smooth spices and licorice accents.
